
White Bean Chicken Chili (Creamy) (Edit)
To thicken the soup, blend one of the drained, rinsed cans of beans before adding to the chili.

Ingredients
1 pound rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 medium chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cans (15-ounce) Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
14 1/2 ounces chicken broth
2 cans diced green chiles (4-ounce cans)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream
Toppings Green onion, Tortilla chips, shredded cheese
Directions
In a large saucepan, saute the onion and garlic powder with the olive oil until the onions are translucent.
Add in beans, broth, chiles, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for another 30 minutes, uncovered.
Add in shredded chicken.
Remove from heat. Stir in cream and sour cream.
Top with shredded cheese, tortilla chips, green onions, lime wedges, or sliced jalapenos.

Cook the onions and garlic powder in the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat for a few minutes. Add to the crockpot.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker, except for sour cream, heavy cream, and toppings.
Slow cook the white chili chicken on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours.
Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
Ladle the white bean chili recipe into bowls and add your favorite toppings.
