Turkey Stuffing (Edit)

Rub the inside of the turkey with: Lemon, White wine, Poultry seasoning, Salt, Pepper, Sage, Olive oil

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter

  • 1 celery stock

  • 1 onion

  • 1 can chicken stock

  • 1 bunch sage

  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 1 handful of sliced almonds

  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts

  • 1/2 lb mushrooms

  • 2 packages of Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned cubed stuffing

Directions

  • Add butter, celery and onion to a pot to saute

  • Chop the sage

  • Slice mushrooms

  • Add chicken stock, sage, poultry seasoning, water chestnuts, almonds, mushrooms

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Bring to a boil

  • Dump break crumbs into a large bowl or two

  • Pour liquid over the breadcrumbs and mix gently
