Turkey Stuffing (Edit)
Rub the inside of the turkey with: Lemon, White wine, Poultry seasoning, Salt, Pepper, Sage, Olive oil
Ingredients
2 sticks butter
1 celery stock
1 onion
1 can chicken stock
1 bunch sage
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt and Pepper
1 handful of sliced almonds
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 lb mushrooms
2 packages of Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned cubed stuffing
Directions
Add butter, celery and onion to a pot to saute
Chop the sage
Slice mushrooms
Add chicken stock, sage, poultry seasoning, water chestnuts, almonds, mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Bring to a boil
Dump break crumbs into a large bowl or two
Pour liquid over the breadcrumbs and mix gently
