Olive Oil
Salt

2 tbsp Cinnamon Paprika Spice
4 tbsp Cherry Jam
1 tbsp White Whine Vinegar
1 tbsp Butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F
Rub pork with olive oil
Season with salt, pepper, and 1 3/4 tsp of cinnamon paprika spice
Bake on middle rack for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature of 145°F
Rest for 5 minutes
Add 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon paprika spice, jam, and white wine vinegar to a bowl
Microwave until warm, 45s
Stir in 1 tbsp of butter until melted
Drizzle over pork
