Ingredients

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon Paprika Spice

  • 4 tbsp Cherry Jam

  • 1 tbsp White Whine Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Butter

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F

  • Rub pork with olive oil

  • Season with salt, pepper, and 1 3/4 tsp of cinnamon paprika spice

  • Bake on middle rack for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature of 145°F

  • Rest for 5 minutes

  • Add 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon paprika spice, jam, and white wine vinegar to a bowl

  • Microwave until warm, 45s

  • Stir in 1 tbsp of butter until melted

  • Drizzle over pork

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 4 tsp parts mustard powder

  • 6 tsp parts sweet paprika

  • 6 tsp white granulated sugar
