Russian Tea Cookies (Edit)

about 4 dozen
Ingredients
1 cup butter softened
1/2 cup powered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Mix butter, powered sugar, and vanilla
Stir in flour, salt, and chopped nuts
Chill dough
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet (cookies do not spread when baked)
Bake at 400 °F for 10 - 12 minutes until set but not brown
While still warm, roll in powered sugar
