Ramen Noodle Stir Fry (Edit)

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 packages ramen noodle (Oriental)
2 cups frozen vegetables
1/4 teaspoon ground/powdered ginger
Directions
Cook ground beef until it is no longer pink
Pour off grease and add one packet of ramen noodle seasoning
Remove beef and set aside
In the same skillet, combine 2 cups of water, frozen vegetables, ginger and remaining seasoning packet
Bring to a boil and reduce heat
Simmer for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender
Add beef and stir
