Ramen Noodle Stir Fry (Edit)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 packages ramen noodle (Oriental)

  • 2 cups frozen vegetables

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground/powdered ginger

Directions

  • Cook ground beef until it is no longer pink

  • Pour off grease and add one packet of ramen noodle seasoning

  • Remove beef and set aside

  • In the same skillet, combine 2 cups of water, frozen vegetables, ginger and remaining seasoning packet

  • Bring to a boil and reduce heat

  • Simmer for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender

  • Add beef and stir
