Ingredients
470 g bread flour
25 g sugar
3 g yeast
285 g warm water
9 g kosher salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
In a mixer, dissolve sugar and yeast in very warm water
Add flour and knead until the dough forms a ball
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
Add oil and salt and knead until incorporated
Place in an oiled container to proof for 2 hours or in the fridge overnight
Divide the dough into portions and form into taught balls on a baking sheet
Cover with a damp towel and let rise for 30 min to 2 hours
Bake in oven at highest temperature
