Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 2 2/3 cup milk (choose your favorite kind)

  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds

  • 2 pinches salt

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 cup heaping rolled oats

  • 2 tsp vanilla (skip if using vanilla yogurt)

Directions

  • Mix it all together and store in a sealed container in the fridge overnight.
