Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of vanilla Fairlife protein shake

  • 40 g Monkfruit

  • 1/16 teaspoon xanthum gum

  • Pinch of salt

  • 6 Tablespoons PB fit

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Combine and stir or blend thoroughly

  • Freeze for 24 hours

  • Spin on “Light Ice Cream” setting
