Ingredients

  • 1 can of pineapple chunks in pineapple juice

  • Milk of choice or vanilla protein shake

  • 2 tbsp of Jello sugar free vanilla pudding powder

Directions

  • Fill your pint container 1/3 full with pineapple juice.

  • Fill another 1/3 of the container with milk of choice

  • Add Jello sugar free vanilla pudding powder

  • Add in pineapple chunks to the max fill line.

  • Hit it with a stick blender

  • Freeze for 24 hours

  • Spin 2 times on “Light Ice Cream” setting
