Fondue (Edit)
Recipe is for one pot

Ingredients
1 clove of garlic
250 ml Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc
30 ml Kirsch
30 ml Sherry
1 lb Gruyere
1 lb Emmentaller
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 pinch baking soda
whole nutmeg
Directions
Grate cheese into a bowl alternating cheese and adding flower to keep it from clumping
Cut a clove of garlic in half and rub it on the inside of the pot, leave it in the pot
Pour 250 ml of Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc into the pot
Put on a low heat
After a few minutes add a handful of cheese, wait until cheese melts
Keep adding cheese as it melts
When all the cheese is added, mix Kirsch with corn starch and add to the pot
Add Sherry
Add a pinch of baking soda
Grate some nutmeg on the top to finish it off
