Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Let ingredients come to room temperature
Beat the cream cheese and sugar together
Add the eggs, one at a time
Add sour cream
Add vanilla extract
Add salt, and lemon juice
Fill the jars leaving 1.5 inches of room at the top
Tap the bottom of the jars a few times against a flat surface to remove bubbles
Seal the lids finger tight
Cook for 90 minutes at 176°F
