Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Let ingredients come to room temperature

  • Beat the cream cheese and sugar together

  • Add the eggs, one at a time

  • Add sour cream

  • Add vanilla extract

  • Add salt, and lemon juice

  • Fill the jars leaving 1.5 inches of room at the top

  • Tap the bottom of the jars a few times against a flat surface to remove bubbles

  • Seal the lids finger tight

  • Cook for 90 minutes at 176°F
