Hughlett christmas candy
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 cup karo syrup
1/2 lb butter
2 cups cream
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
cook sugar, karo syrup, 1 cup cream until boiling
add rest of cream slowly
cook until softball (240° F)
take off heat
add vanilla
pour on to baking sheet to cool
cut and wrap in wax paper
