Broccoli Quiche (Edit)
A crust-less broccoli quiche

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter for pan
8 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream or full-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt (not fine salt)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped scallions, white and green parts
1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Butter a 9-inch pie dish
Place frozen broccoli a microwave safe bowl. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring after the first 3 minutes. Drain well.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
Stir in broccoli, scallions and cheese
Transfer the mixture to the pie dish
Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes
Allow the quiche to cool and set in pan on a wire rack, about 15 minutes
Slice into 8 triangles
